microsemi.com              ten things i tried to get on there site and they tell me they have been out of production for years  and they have none left in storage so i owuld have to get them to make them all over agin

of SG3273P has not been produced for years.  The factory would basically
have to re-invent this part, therefore this part is not a sample part.
The minimum order is 5,000 pieces with a $25,000.00 NRE charge.  The unit
price for 5k pieces is $31.25 each, plus the NRE charge.
