Phase Daze

Hi all, I need some help with the phase 100 clone I'm working on.All I'm getting out of it is a high pitched buzz.I used 22uf caps instead of 15s,this wouldn't effect it much would it?The guitar plays through when the effect is bypassed so everything else seems like it's wired right.Thanks for any help.

Hey, just found the problem ,I got some bad ICs.Watch out they're out there.
