Woot!  Good luck.  Is that a mod of yours?

Transmogrifox

yeah, that's my mod.  It is the same thing that goes by the name "Haw-waH" on my web page.

How do you like the Bionicle on the wah?

Good luck!  That's a low starting price so hopefully you'll get some sensible offers.

I haven't seen your schematic, but I have a pretty good idea of what you're doing.

Have you tried doing the reverse, i.e. summing the output of a phaser with the original signal?  Theoretically it should give you a voicy auto-wah (provided there's more than one notch)

Maybe I've got the wrong idea about your mod though?

Actually, this is not a direct summation of the output of the wah with the dry signal, if I'm reading you right.  This puts the wah into a feedback loop which effectively generates a mild high-pass notch,  but the nature of the feedback loop sums the inputs by proxy...more or less, so the 'phaser' response comes from the natural phase response of putting a 2nd order resonant lowpass filter in the feedback loop of a unity gain amplifier.  I haven't actually tried summing outputs directly, though it should have a similar phaser response, but a more narrow notch.  My implementation of the feedback loop has a relatively low damping factor, so the notch is quite broad and somewhat shallow.  The frequency response is more like a tone control, but the transients and phase response is what give a mellow effect.

I do hope people bid it up to a price that will return my effort to me, but ultimately, I have had that crybaby for years and the initial cost is long gone, the modding and design is a hobby to me, so if even one person bids on it, it's basically "free money" to give to a good cause.  Liquidation has some merit when the value of the asset to me is defined solely by the cash value.
