Ok, i'm prety sick of etching PCB's  express pcb seems pretty spendy....  any better ideas?  qty's would be between 10, and 100 depending on a number of factors.

Hey Brian,
Are you the same Brian Marshall I see every once in a while on the ADA Depot forum?

Honestly though ExpressPCB is the way to go for bulk boards. The quality is just impecable. I can't say enough about them. I used these guys to make the first run of the production PCBs on the 3-Tube Mod we re-developed for for the ADA MP-1 at Adadepot.com. I couldn't be happier with the results. They will cut it to just about any shape you want and the soldermask/silkscreen option are also well worth the money. Just my opinion.

Does anybody have any other service they use that have comparable quality? Just curious.

I looked at future elec website, and didnt see any pcb offers.

I found them in Nuts 'n' Volts.

Best thing is that they will make them for cheaper without solder mask and legend.

Now if only I could find a place that would give me a break on single-sided boards....

Cheap, fast and high quality. Usually you only get 2 out of those 3.

If you can fit your layout 4-up within a 3.8" X 2.5" area, the Express PCB *miniboard* option works out to around $5 a board.

The Bulgarians were a bit rude when I asked would they take a Protel file, but people in the diy-robotics speak highly of them.
