OK...heres the Kay Tremolo for you. This layout is untested, but should be correct...I'll post the schematic that was used for the layout as well. I added the output "volume" knob, as the original has none...but it may not be entirely necessary. You may want to try transistors with a bit higher hfe as well. 2N5088, 2N5089, and MPSA18's are all good candidates. Also, make sure that you orient the transistors as they are shown in the layout...Q2 has its emitter facing "upward".

Evidently, this is a really "choppy" tremolo, that sounds pretty unique.

.....and, on with the show !

enjoy !

ps..if you see any issues with the layout, let me know and i'll make any necessary corrections.

I can't believe you make it this easy. This thing has been giving me headaches for ever, I'll have to try your layout now.

Insert:

I see now that the schem I was working form is a little different. Shouldn't be too hard to adapt your layout too. It is the "modificated" one found here  http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/diagrams/kay_trem_depth_mod.gif hmmm. this schem recomends MPS3904 so give em a try I guess.
