Problems with SD-9

FINALLY i got my SD-9 to work, my first project
after frying an IC & transistor, it's distorting at the moment.
I haven't build it into an enclosure yet.
And there are 2 problems on the moment:
- It hummmmmms (I guess this will be over when it's in an enclosure, can somebody confirm this?)
- And when I touch the pots or circuit, it starts to make noises that sound like a thunder storm (or.. the sound when you touch the tip of you cable wich is connect to your amp).

Now it's most about the second problem, can somebody tell me how this comes? And more important, how can I solve it?
