Trying to make a guitar selector switch

I want to make a switch that takes three different guitar inputs and combines them into one output with a stompbox style on/off pushbutton switch for each guitar signal. Sort of an A/B/C box. LED's indicating which switches are on would be nice, but are not necessary if they will over-complicate things.

While I have done circuit repair, I have never actually designed a circuit, and I would appreciate any hints/tips on what type of switches I need, what kind of input jacks, and how to properly wire it. Thanks!

 Check out 'Simple Mixer".
I'm sure a switching scheme could be easily figured out...right there to 'defeat' the pot...SPST?...
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

petemoore,

That isn't exactly what I had in mind, but I think it'll work just as well, maybe even a little better.  Thanks for pointing that, I appreciate it!

Ansil,

The George Lynch box is a little bit more than needed, but I didn't know that you could find schematics on the Morley site.  I also found out by surfing around there that Morley used to make an A/B/C box just like I want, and I pulled down thier schematic.  Thanks man!!!

Hey man,  I built one of those a while back and still use it.  It works great!
Also an easy build!
