The lm833 is a bipolar input similar to the ne5532 --very quiet but pefers to see a low input impedance, and small resistance in the feedback loop.

The opa2134 is jfet-input , higher quality, quieter tl072, basically. Very high input impedance.

Download the data sheets for these, and the 4558, and any others you can think of, Arn, they do a great job of explaining the differences, and have some nice example circuits, too.

So, I think I will try using Ne5532 for the lm833
and TL072 for the opa2134

I have + & - 37vdc available from my power amp I want to put this preamp inside of, could I run this circuit at a higher voltage or should I drop the voltage down using voltage regulators?

Both those op-amps (OPA 2134 & TL072) have a max supply voltage of +/- 18V, so you'd need to drop the voltage to keep them happy.
