I am planning to build the box at the following website.

But, no where does it tell me what values or types the inductors need to be. does anyone have any ideas about it?

Wah inductors should generally fall into the 500mh range, like the originals. That project uses two inductors, separately, or in series. For inductors, you can use the Dunlop inductor (nothing special), the Fasel red and yellow inductors, the Fulltone, and an original halo-type replica from Wah Wah UK.

The best prices for the Fasels and Dunlops are at Antique Electronics. They also have the Fulltone Pot:

Small Bear Electronics also carries wah parts at the bottom of their stock list page.

I could be wrong, but my memory keeps nudging me in the kidneys whispering Gerben probably used the two different Dunlop Fasel reissues - they both do sound different. Combined with some cap selection possibilities, you get quite a few shades of, well, wah.
Both available from SmallBear.
