Weak Tube king

Hey all, Ive got a couple of Ibanez Tube King pedals that seem to produce full distortion and all, but lack volume. They are really quiet when turned on. Has anyone had similar issues with these pedals and know a quick fix? Thanks.

Two of my friends use this pedal and both of them had trouble with the stock switches, I changed them to the blue 3pdt switches like Aron sells, and it seemed to solve the problems on both counts.  If your problem goes away after "exercising" the switch for awhile, you've found the problem.
