I fitted a set of these to my mate's Indie Les Paul ... absolutely fantastic pups. Article is very interesting ... and stompboxes dont work without pickups  :wink:

Fortunately, that isn't quite true.. most of my boxes are used by techno/dance or loop manipulators! but, interesting article anyway!

Anyone can explain in a bunch of words what the pickup resistance stands for? Does it influence the sound or just the output volume? And is it better low or high?
