Good luck. You might find a copy of it on ebay, but that will fetch a pretty penny.

I tried to buy one on Ebay, but I stopped bidding well before it reached $65.00 US. I even think it went higher than that but stopped checking.   :cry:

If I ever see a cheap copy somewhere, I will try to buy it for sure. But not at any cost.
