Well hello there!

I'm building my first project on home made PCB.  I'm building the anderton tremolo and got the PCB design from GGG.

The circuit is now completed and all off board controls are done.  My problem:  I do get sound coming out of the circuit but I can't hear the tremolo!!!  The volume pot is working but no tremolo!!!  I have checked the circuit over and over but can't find the problem.

Can someone help?  I'm new at this and learning at the same time.  I'm thinking that the opto (clm600) might be gone...  I swapped both chip (TL072 and 4049) but still no tremolo...I also assumed from what I read on the board that the dot on the CLM600 was ground...

Thanks

If you temorarily remove the CLM600 diode end from the board & tack in a regular diode, you casn see whether the LFO section is driving the diode part of the CLM600 OK.

Incidentally, it won't damage the CLM600 to reverse it (it won't work reversed, but you cant damage it).

Thanks for your reply!

By tacking in a normal diode did you mean a led?  Cause that is what I did and the LED did turn on...
