Schematic Symbol Help

Hi,

I found this simple schematic, but I am confused about the arrows that are coming off of the "100k trim pot" on pin#4 in the diagram. What are these arrows?

Also, can anyone recommmend a good way to provide 15Volts DC?

those arrows point to the same points, as the arrows that are at the ps-pins (8 & 5):
the arrow up goes to +15V;
the arrow down goes to -15V;

The arrows show connections to +15 for the one pointing up and -15V for the one pointing down.

That circuit runs from a bipolar supply which is more like two 15 volt supplies wired end to end with the ground connection going to the + side of the -15 volt supply and the - side of the +15 volt supply. The blue characters show the places where the circuit would connect.

-15V ----(- 15V +)---- Ground ----(- 15V +)---- +15V
