SMALLSTONE (Tonepad) HELP!!!!!!

Hi!
I'm french so excuse me for english langage

So I built the smallstone with tonepad schematic but I have so problem.
First the rate pot works bad because the phaser begine to oscillatte when the pot is in at the end, so I don't have much range for the rate

Secondly, the switch colour doesn't work, When I activate in a postion I have the sound withou effect, It's strange.

If there's someone who had this problems, I would be very happy if you can help me
