Add an LED to this MXR Envelope Filter (Tonepad) circuit??

Hi all. How can I go about adding an LED that would pulse/blink with the gate/envelope in this Tonepad MXR sound-alike? I'm not picky... pulse would be great, but I'll be happy with simple on-off blink too.

But if you did that on an envelope filter wouldn't the LED be off when the effect was on but you weren't playing? So you couldn't tell if it was on by just looking at it.

Thanks, Bent. I read that when I was searching before posting my question. I'm hoping to get specifics (replace Rnn, etc.) as I don't know enough about all this yet.

As for being able to tell if the effect is on, I have an LED coming off the 3PDT switch for that.
