Hey--

Check on the HC Effects forum.

Forumite LongJohnny has them for like $1 each.

really cheap, but square hole.  There's lots of stuff like that out there...

and not 2.1mm... those are 2.5mm.  don't make the mistake of getting those by accident, expecially a bunch... trust me... it sucks...

but they're good to use for pedals that use other than 9V, i spose

wampcat1

does anyone know when smallbear will be back open?

The ones Weber have are great, they're the same ones that Wizard uses in his very neat boxes.

HOLY CRAP RDV!!!

i NEED those!  plastic 2.1mm DC jacks that screw in from the INSIDE!  the entire circuit can be removable without desoldering!!! :D   ... well, except LEDs i guess, but those won't be squirreled away at the bottom of my ammo-can-enclosures.  eeeeexcellent...

do they fit the same size hole as the regular ones?

Meanwhile....... , I'm sitting on "a few" of those, and can't for the life of me, find a supplier of thin zink, nickel, or chrome plated washers for the nuts. The nuts will do a number on your paint job without them. The thin ones you see used on the jacks and switches on the reissue MXR's. I just don't think I've been looking in the right places, I guess.

How much to relieve you of about 100 of those?

i like that weber site!  i got a few 500k reverse log pots and some coloured chicken heads while i was indulging.  something about "we'll tell you how much shipping is later" thing is a little unsettling though.  they're not going to charge me an exorbitant price for that, are they?

Ben N

Weber is fine to deal with and their stuff is good.  They'll give you a shipping quote if you ask.  The shipping is not cheap, but the prices overall are pretty good.  There is also plenty of support either by email or on Ted's forum, and Ted wont sell you stuff you don't really want.  He's one of the good guys.
That's my experience, anyway.
