surplus/electronics store in NYC

Are there any good surplus, or other all-around cool places for stopmpbox building in New York you guys would reccomend?

Besides Radio Shack, you can either visit 269 Canal Street (I think that's the address - there's a little overhanging sign that says TV/VRC repairs etc. etc.), ALL the way in the back of the store.

Or utilize Small Bear's drop off service in Brooklyn - visit their website for details.

Check out these link's, you may find something in your area, I get most of my used electronic's supply's from 3 or 4 place's like these, and normally the price's are very cheap !

Leed's in Brooklyn is worth a trip if you know what you need.  I would call first to make sure they're gonna be there!
