Question about Acoustic 360 bass preamp

Hi guys,
I recently have become interested in the Acoustic 360 pre-amp... I'm considering building it, but on JC Maillet's site i just could find the schematics and nothing more....
browsing through the old forum posts however, i've read that exists a PCB diagram or a components layout, but they are not on JC's site anymore...
so i'm just wondering if some of you has a copy of it to send to me
