Tycobrahe Octavia Transformer

Hi guys.  I was wondering if this Mouser audio transformer will work in the Tyco Octavia:

It's smaller than the standard 42TM011 that's usually used (since I'm going to be cramming this one into a Hammond B box), it has the same 1K5:500 (3:1) ratio of the larger one, and it's also a few cents cheaper.  The frequency response range is the same as the larger transformer, but the thing is that the small one has a maximum output of 75mW, as opposed to the 200mW of the larger 42TM011.

Do you guys think the smaller one will work just the same, even with the smaller max. output?

 There are two transformers there that will work, I used the one with the suffix 22 [42TM022]

Thanks Pete.  I've used the 42TM022 in my 2 previous Tyco builds, but this time I think I'm going to try the 42TM011 and see if it's any different...I seriously doubt it though  I don't think the smaller ones with the lower output power will work as well as the larger ones.

I used the 42TM011 in my first TycoOctavia build, it works just fine and sounds the same as the 022 which I have used in other builds.
(my personal one uses the 42TM011)

I prefer the 42TM011 as it is just a bit smaller and fits better into tight places, and since it sounds the same....

I bought alot of surplus parts and these small audio transformers were in the box.I dont know if they are good or not .How do you test these??Ill post these part numbers in hopes that someone can tell me if they are suitable for octavia use  or something eles  :

Im wondering what the transformer does in this tyco octavia curcuit.Why the 3 to 1 ratio?.please educate me.  How do you  test these transformers?,I have a few i got surplus, but dont know how to test them

I built 3 - one with the ...TM011 and two with the TU011. and my theory is that the lower wattage transformer had more low end, and was more saturated sounding -bettrer to my ears.  I keep meaning to try an even lower wattage tranny - the TL011, in fact - to see if that's even more to my liking....

as previously post ,I have some unknown mfg audio transformers some have 5 pins some have 6 pins how do I test these ?? maybe there is a jem  here
