Amp switcher pedal?

I needed a channel switcher for my church amp - yamaha GS-100 , it's a old 100W amp, and i don't have the the channel pedal switch to switch from channel A to B, Anyone has a schematic for a switch like this?
(It only contain a stompswitch in a casing to the amp rear channel jack)
