hi! everybody

I 'm searching a reverse delay or reverse reverb.
I'm searching a pedal who give a slow gear and a reverse effect in the same time.
So if someone know an effect like that, I'd like to know..
thanks DIY people :D

More complicated than you think if you want to do reverse yourself.  The Boss DD-5 (or is it 3?) can be modded to produce reverse delay, and there are instructions posted around on the net (with pictures) for how to do it.  Later models of that pedal have reverse already built in, but if you can find a moddable earlier model cheap, it can be easily adapted.

If you mean a commercial pedal, then I will direct you to the new Line 6 Echo Park pedal.  This has a reverse tape effect that is very nice, although I have to say it is confusing to try and play live and plan out your notes in reverse.  The EP also has a "swell" setting that makes each repeat gradually swell, like a Slow Gear.  This plays the notes in the same order that you do, so it is less confusing (though less realistic) than true reverse.  If you pan the mix to wet only and set it for the shortest delay, you can get very nice Slow Gear sounds.  All of that, and more, comes in a very inexpensive package (about $150 street price).

Reel to reel is probably what you're referring to having heard, a tape run backwards 'with finesse'. A studio trick, can't do it live, sounds great/wierd on records though...
