do u know where can i find some good 8" speakers(Celestion,Jensen,Eminence) in an online store in Europe???

Tubetown is a nice shop for guitar-amp builders, they also have loudspeakers:

It's a german shop, but shipping inside the EU shouldn't be a problem.
