tyco octavia picture

Im almost done with this GGG tyco octavia project,everything has been triple checked and I only get bypass signal.If one of you could post a large pic showing the off board wiring and a 3pdt switch I think I could see where I went wrong .on my last projects the pcb layouts were right but I crossed a couple of wires trying to figure out the different wiring between a dpdt and a 3pdt switch.Everyone has been helpful but I need to see the layout with a 3pdt switch, led ,and battery,setup   thanks

Yellow wire goes to the input jack
Green Wire goes to the board input pad
Brown wire goes to the output jack
Orange wire goes to the board output pad

I hope that helps, it's sort of upside down from the dpdt wiring in the project diagram.  It's wired like this (but the wire colors are not the same in the picture/diagram:
