I believe you might get a more useful answer on the forums at ampage.org, or the forums over at www.ax84.com.

Well if I recall, isn't the MIG-100 a knock-off of the JCM800-2203, if so, you could certainly use the Marshall replacement transformers.

In the US these are some sources...

Marshall replacements:
I recommend Antique Electronic Supply:

And Joe here at Obsolete Electronics has a very good reputation for marshall replacement transformers :
http://obsoleteelectronics.com/index.htm
(and he frequents ampage forum so if you have questions...)

then there's the 'ol Angela.com site:
http://www.angela.com/catalog/guitar-amp-parts/M_AMP_TRANSFORMER.html
(be aware, there have been many gripes lately from folks doing busness with them)

Hammond 273BX for a PT and the 1650K as an OT would do quite nicely:
http://www.tubesandmore.com/new/scripts/silverware.exe/moreinfo@d:/dfs/elevclients/cemirror/ELEVATOR.FXP?item=P-T273BX
http://www.tubesandmore.com/new/scripts/silverware.exe/moreinfo@d:/dfs/elevclients/cemirror/ELEVATOR.FXP?item=P-T1650K

With Hammond stuff use 373BX for 240V mains. Also according to Hammond for guitar amp use they recommend using an OT of around 1/2 the power rating of the guitar amp, their rating is for 30Hz-30kHz full bandwidth and the guitar which is like 150Hz-8kHz doesn't require as much headroom.

You could get by with Fender transformers if you want to go on the cheap and use 4x6L6 output tubes:

On the spendy side there is allways the Mercury Magnetics:
http://www.mercurymagnetics.com/ (Mojo Alert!)
and Heyboer (sorry, don't have a link, just google for it) options. (Mojo Alert!)

Note that a lot of amp-geeks are singing the praises of Mercury Magnetics transformers, but my friend has a Marshall JMP-2204 (same 50w amp but pre-dates the JCM800 series) with the Mercury Magnetics replacement transformer and I have to say that I don't think it's a big deal at all, specially when cranked up to 10, where it gets muddy and sloppy IMHO and if it was my money I would choose a Marshall replacement for like 1/2 the cost.

Another interesting thing to note about OT (output transformer) sound/tone, there was a thread on 18watt.com some time ago where they did a shootout of the major makes of OT's, they built a chassis that would hold like 8 or 9 transformers and recorded the same guitar passage using the same amp but with different OT's, then made a poll on the website for everyone to vote on the transformer(s) they thought sounded best. The sound clips didn't say which clips were which transformers, they were only revealed after everyone had voted. The surprise was the expensive mojo transformers were not at the top as one would expect in a poll of this type, the Heyboer placed top and to my delight the Hammond placed second or third in the results IIRC.
