I recently got my hands on a Biphase chassis.

Was wondering if anyone out there would happen to have the pcb layout for it  ?

I don't think there is a layout for self etching that I know of but there is a set of boards for sale here:
http://m.bareille.free.fr/biphase/biphase.htm
About $50-$60 US. I have bought a set and while I have not built it yet it looks to be w ell documented project and the boards are nice and tinned as well. Well worth the money.
If you can't or don't want to spring for a baord set and end up looking to sell teh chassis feel free to drop me a line.  :D

Yeah, I've checked out that site.

What I couldn't determine was what the board sizes he sells are.
If they are actually "small" enough to fit into the chassis.
Since you have the boards, maybe you could tell me??

I'm building (actually it's out of my league. commissioned someone else to guide me through the build) from a copy of the original musitronics schematics. haven't checked the whole scheme yet, but it seems to vary in a couple places from the ones with ARP printed on them.

If anyone has some of the original knobs and wants to sell them...

I'm eyeing them to be about 4"x6" Two boards. No problem.
