Lexicon PCM 60

Hey everyone the new project for the week is a Lexicon PCM 60. This thing has no reverb effect at all and the headroom meter reads hot for certain selections. Like Room reverb and the last 4 longest reverb settings. The only thing I can notice about this is that one of the two bridge rectifiers is overheating. My question is, what causes a bridge rectifier to overheat? Could it be a short?? hmmmm
