I have built many of these with success, however, everytime i try now the led stays on the entire time reguardless of if the pedal is on or off. All parts are good as ive rebuilt this thing many times with new parts and got the same result. Any ideas? Im using a 2.2k resistor, 5mm red led one of Arons j201 and a 1n4148.
btw- the led is oriented the correct direction.

Ideas?
thanks.. im sure im over looking something easy.

A resistor is now soldered in parallel with the LED to fix that problem. Read this for more info.

I decided its too much a pain in the ass. Ill just use more 3pdt's. I just thought id get rid of some  dpdt's.
