Dunlop GCB 81 High Gain w/Boost Help Please

Hi,

Someone recently gave me some junk... a piece of which is the circuit board from a Dunlop GCB-81 High Gain Volume w/Boost. No Shell, pot or switch and all the wires are cut. I want to re-wrap this as a little volume boost. Does anyone have pics of the inside of one of these things fully functional? Can anyone tell me which wire goes where?
