switch problem??I have to put on the switch to hold effect..

Hi!

I have the habit to buy the same switch ON-OFF with 6 pins.
I use them on a big muff with millenium footswitch and it's work great
but when I used them on fuzz face and the dirtysam:

The switch becomes like latching switch!!
I don't understand because I use the same millenium bypass

Is there someone who has the same problem or can give some solutions??
