Big fan of The Band and the subject of that line as well. Many of my ideal guitar sounds come from a combination of those two.

Does the <.022 let you keep a little more of the TONE (treble) to the guitar ?? the .047 when I just now decided to add it to my Rev.2  along with changing my 1uf to a .22uf , which may have brought on alot of extra bass too..Left me just not nearly enough tone in my opinion. SO of those two changes would backing off to a .022 give some highs back OR changing my 1uf input cap back./???
by the way I got my box all laid out and ready to go but I'm not going to do any painting on it yet. DO all you guys give some type of laquer to the Hammond boxes. Mine looks pretty acceptable just sanded and steel wooled. I tried DEFT / wood laquer(which said it could be used on metal but didn't like what it did.
