Rangemaster tone circuits...please take a look at the ideas I have.

I came up with that in math class today...which would make the best tone circuit for the input of a rangemaster?  The standard cap is just a .005
The second one is supposed to have a .005 cap in series after the output of the part I drew, just forgot to draw it

You just need the variable resistor in line with the bigger cap; leave the little cap unimpeded...

why not use a second transistor?

an ordinary silicon transistor used to provide low gain could be used before the tone control, which could then feed into the Ge tranny.

just an idea to save some volume
