MKII oscillating

Hi,
This is my third project. I previously built a PNP AC128 and a NPN AC187 Range Master (based on Phillips schem) they both sounds great.

Now I tried the MKII with a 3PDT and LED. I’m fairly sure I did the wiring OK. But the unit is oscillating, this decreases when I touch any of the OC75's. It does sound a bit fuzzy but there also is a lot of noise.
I measured the voltage with the Chassi as ground:

   -V/Collector   -mV/Base   -V/Emittor
Q1   6,85   80   0
Q2   0,18   66   0
Q3   7,1   ?   0,18
