Supro Thunderbolt

How many different versions of the Supro Thunderbolt were there?  I was thinking about my first amp project, and I've always wanted a Thunderbolt with a 15" speaker.

Here's a schematic that I just found while doing a Yahoo search...the best (clearest) schematic that I've seen for it.

Would this schematic be accurate for the Thunderbolt that JP used with his Telecaster in studio recordings for the early Led Zep album(s)?  There are a couple of resistors there with question marks and two pots with no name, value or taper indicated.  Hopefully someone could fill in the blanks there for me

What type of speaker was used in the original version of the amp?  I assume that there would be a good replacement for it that would come close to duplicating the performance of the original speaker.  There are a LOT of speakers out there!
