Vari Slope LFO for Tremolo

Howdy,
I haven't been on the forum for almost a year. Just getting back into building effects again.
Does anyone have a schematic for a variable slope triangle oscillator, or can give me an idea of how to design one. I did have a schem here somewhere but cant seem to find it.

i think a version of this is shown as a mod to the tremulus lune circuit at commonsound.

Thanks guys. The MS20 One looks ok. I've seen a simpler one that uses diodes instead of the FET's somewhere. I'll keep looking.
