I had a pair of matched AC128 just lying around so i decided to build a classic fuzz, which ended up being a vox tonebender using the info from fuzzcentral.
i came across a vox footswitch for an amp with no guts which i thought would make a great enclosure, where the vol and fuzz is now there were reverb and vib-trem switches.
its made of wood and cos the sides were thick i had to route it out so i could screw the jacks in
had no problems with it being made of wood.
ive called it the MK LXIX, the LXIX are roman numerals not sure what the number is, i just made it up.

thanx to fuzzcentral and pete roberts

Lessee, let's do the math...

L = 50

X = 10

IX = 9

50 + 10 + 9 =...

:oops:   :lol:

Holy Crap!! The bottom pic looks like Picasso's Fuzz Tone! I'm not the only one who sees the face am I?

 Did Vox actually make a footswitch out of wood?

LXIX dude!!!

ive always had problems with Ge fuzzes they either sound crap or they work for a while then die on me.

when i finished this one it sounded crap which really pis :twisted: ed me off because all the time i spent routing it out, then i remembered the trimpot :oops:  so with a bit of adjusting i now have a great pedal.

now i have to wait for it to die on me :cry:
