RunoffGroove: setting voltages on transistors

I've built the Runoffgroove Uno pedal. There is a set of guide voltages for the 4 J201 transistors. Which point on the circuit board should I use to check these voltages from?

Check in the middle of the UNO page right above the perf layout. It has the voltages in a little table.

Using a voltmeter, place the red probe at the drain of the FET and touch the black probe to the ground rail.  Adjust the appropriate trimpot accordingly.
