please help with tremulus lune superboard

hi!!!!
just finished one using the SUPERBOARD with the AUX:

the problem is :
:cry:  :cry:  the aux led works well and so the other one, they blink with different freq so the trem seems to work but AHHHHHHHHHHHH :shock:
the most important one the superlight led to the cds cell  just does nothing, how is it possible- just asking -...?
reading voltages: over most of the board read more than 4v the only point where the voltage goes down to 2v is exactly on the trim and the led wich doesn't work :evil:
is 500 ohm the right value for the trim?
please help, need your experience!!
