If I were to construct this pedal using the OC44 tansistor can I use the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 to power it?

I use a Maxon AD900 that is tip positive and barrel negative with the PP2 but I got a special cable from Voodoo Labs in order to do so.

I'm guessing I would want to do the same with the Rangemaster Clone?

Also I heard that using an AC power supply is noisy with this pedal is that true?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Tip positive / Barrel neg. does not indicate the the polarity of the circuit, just the jack. I would email Voodo labs to be sure, but it's my understanding that if you run only that effect ( don't mix and match +/- gnds) from that output, you can wire your jack for + gnd. Make sure everything is clearly labeled to avoid  mix-ups. Again, I'd get confirmation from Voodoo labs on how to go about it.
