Problem with MXR noise gate ( CALLATE GATE 2 ,tonepad)

Hi,
I have just finished the MXR gate from Tonepad layout.

I use 1 2n5952, 2 2n3904 and a 4558 opamp and it  doen't work

When I turn a pot I have a noise like a stab of the fuzz factory.
strange, maybe I change the bias...
I have no gate.

I change the FET, the two transistor and the opamp, I verified the layout but I don't find where is the problem.

On the forum I saw that I'am not the only who had this problem.
If there someone who had resolve that

Hi, I had a similar proble, I couldn't find a cure for that, so instead I built Callate Gate 1 - and it snapped to life!

I changed the PCB layout also, so I could solder the mods on the board not on flying leads... I'm still having one problem wirth the decay tho - it's choppy...
