I built one using RLBJR65's vero-layout, which seems to be flawed, or different anyway, from the one By Kent Stevenson on John Hollis' site.
Can't get it to work. OTOH, GuitarHackNoise built one from that layout, and seems to be burning 555's...:?

Anybody built a working Crash Sync? And what layout did you use? Did you have any problems?

Oh, and see this thread for the combined tests and grief of GuitarHackNoise and Coriolis:wink:

Built on perf from John Hollis's hand drawn schematic. Worked perfect.

Well at least the schem is correct then  :D
Thing is, I'm no good at building straight from schems, unless it's something as simple as a one tranny booster...

Crash Sync, yeah, that's my baby. I actually built 4 of them, 'cause it's such a great unit and everybody wants it.

I used the layout by Kent Stevenson and wired it up myself (no etchin), no problem.
