That was really cool cbriere.. Where can i get 2SKxxxxx transistors???
It's a lot of special parts there(?) Or am i wrong..

Did you build your exactly like the original?
How big was that box?

I used quad op-amps TL074
and for the transistors  2n5087 (npn, hi hfe)
and i really like the results.
No mods added, just a DPDT bypass (insteed of the
FET switching). So you need to remove the extra components.
Tell me if need help this? (assuming you plan to build this one)
I will put on my site this project probably this week,
