2N7000 How to connect?

Hi, first post here.
Been testing different diodes as clippers on my Bluesbreaker, I purchased a couple of 2N7000 today.
The thing is that they have 3 legs, anyone know which ones to connect or rather which one to skip?

Found that on Arons info for the Shaka Braddah 3

Hope it helps. I think you need to reverse the diode in order to use them in a diode pair. Im not sure...

Yup!!
Works like a charm, along with some other mods this thing sounds reallly nice.

I swapped both leds with 2N7000 in series with 1N4148.
C12 .0047 cap was swapped to a .68
R29 5,6k was swapped to a 100ohm
I tried to swap the R20 29k to a 100 ohm too, but it became to much for me so I swapped it back to stock.

EDIT: All is done to a Marshall Bluesbreaker II
