I have an old Boss GE-7b that I would like to convert over to the standard GE-7.  I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the 7b schematic, so I could compare it to the GE-7 schem to see what all would be involved with doing this.

Thanks.

Davide

I've only the ge7 schem sorry. :(
But i think the circuit should be pretty the same, except for Cap and R values (with some maths you can calculate them to work in bass freq).

You can see to my site in THE NEXT CLONING / BOSS GE7 project

The date of original schematic Boss is 1981,
and the redraw PDF is dated 2000.
Your PCB layout is similar to my photos ?

Yeah pretty much the same.  Thanks.  I will just follow your layout and schematic against what I have.  I figured they were the same unit, just different r/c values.

Thanks!

Ugh, Too many changes.  Im sitting here looking at the layouts and my board and there are quite a few differences that a total change over might not be all that cost effective and might even cost more than a new pedal.  I sill wont give up on it though.  I would like to try and get an actual GE-7B tech sheet to really compare the circuits.
