Digitech Cust service/ RP 2000

RP 2000 just quit last night. Went to plug it in and nothing. Guessing the power supply went bad. HAve heard of this happening before. Uses a 4pin plug with a round metal sheild that I am assuming is ground. Getting only about 2.5v out of each pin. Power pack says 9v output @ 2.1 amps class 2 transformer. Sealed unit so I can't take it apart.

Sent E-mail to Digitech. Anyone dealt with Digitech in regards to repairs?

Any ideas? Schematics?

Digitech has always been AWESOME w/ repairs, in my experience. their policy -- at least when i last dealt with them -- was to repair pretty much anything for a flat fee -- something reasonable, like $40.

if it's the pwr sup 4sure, would B easy fix.
think U can get schemos from Digitech(Utah) for $5.
i got one 4 my DM1000....at least, i think that was the #...
i'd  email first for a quote.
