MXR Envelope Filter Range Mod Question

Struggling a little bit with the filter range mod.  How do I wire both caps with the DPDT to bring both on simultaneously?  Done some digging around the forum and no luck finding the answer yet. I read Mark Hammer's post at http://www.diystompboxes.com/sboxforum/viewtopic.php?t=17408&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=filter+range+mod but I'm not sure if this suggestion is relevent to the current incarnation of the project.

this is how i wired it, (A B J I are on tonepads schem) X are not used

below shows what is wired to each lug on the DPDT switch
