DIY Wah pedal is it possible?

I have been planning this for a while and i wonder where the heck could i get the inductor with 500+ mH. The shopkeeper just couldnt get me the inductor which is so large in value.So anyone have alternative for a inductor instead of buying one from guitar part dealer?

Yea, I've been thinking of that too. Is it really so necessary? I mean, envelope and LFO wahs have no inductor at all...

I guess it's another piece of those Vintage-Mojo-Vox-Sound thingies.   I think it's not too necessary but makes it sound better... am I right?
