What can I say. I love this little guy.  Everyone should make one.
Used GGG layout pretty easy build.  I used waterslide decals for the
first time and didn't like it so much.  I didn't expect them to be so transparent.  When I printed them they were bright orange,
well as you can see they turned out dark green.

I love playing the supermario bros. theme song on this little sucker and
I think it sounds cool picking softly through a chord it brings out the ring.

I never got a 3906 as low hfe as recommended (150) mine ended up 220
but still sounds great. Long live the Green Sphincter.

well take care

You should now compare the schematics with torchys Layout!

To understand his way of thinking to set such a layout up

yea, I just did the veroboard build not too long ago.  fun effect.  I love these $10 builds.  I'm gunna do an orange squeezer soon.  They fit into the $1 small RACOs :-D

i just hooked up my green ringer again after 1 year just to find out that it still sucks :)
i don't understand what people are raving about...

i do see use for it playing the super mario bros. theme, that was what i was doing...but anything else? sounds not very musical to me...  :?

Hal

max - it DOES suck, but thats the point :-D.  Note, I said "fun", nto "KILLER TONE!"

Its weird, and I like it lol.

I do agree but for the part count its effectiv pun intended

I d rather use it with synths that suck, than with a PRS
