What to do with low gain Ge transistors?

I have a few AC128 and AC188 transisters. I have three in the 100 hfe range which will be good for a few projects. But I have about 7 more that are low gain, ranging from 43 to 57. I'm looking for some suggestions, what kind of projects would these be good for?

As for details I measured them all using the system outlined by RG. the group measured:
