Is the CMOS 4049UBCP OK?

I couldn't find 4049 chips with the UBE mark, only these Motorla made 4049UBCP - are the OK for distortion boxes (TSF, HH, etc...) ?

AS long as the "UB" is present, it should work.

They *should* work.  Apparently, there are sometimes chip to chip differences even when you get the "right" ones.
